Procurement Executive Key Responsibilities:
You will act as the Project Manager. The company will assign specific city projects where the budget will be decided by the management.
You can provide your suggestions during the budget discussion, and the project deadline will be given to you.
First you must understand project requirement. Then, start searching for vendors who are cost-effective and meet quality standards, as the company’s reputation is also important.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complex information and make smart decisions.
Ability to negotiate terms and prices with suppliers to achieve favorable outcomes.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset.
Identify and evaluate suppliers to meet the organization’s needs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality, reliability, and innovation.
Strong verbal and written communication for clear interactions with suppliers.
Create an Excel sheet to track all the projects. This will help you differentiate between them, follow up with the appropriate vendor for each site, and identify which sites need more attention.
Taking follow up with the venders after booking material (Material is ready or not/ or when it will be ready and deliver to the site).
Strong follow up with the Site Manager so that the work will be finish before assigned date and time.
Must have technical knowledge of Electrical & Interior Work.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Bachelor of Business (Logistics and Supply Chain Management.
Salary will be finalized after successful interview.
