We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plant Incharge for our railway project site located in Jaleswar, Baleswar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations, maintenance, and performance of the plant machinery and equipment. This role involves managing a team, ensuring the smooth operation of mechanical systems, and coordinating with project management to meet operational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: ₹25,950.25 - ₹28,968.52 per month
Experience:
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee plant operations, ensuring timely execution of maintenance and repairs.
- Monitor and manage plant equipment performance, ensuring efficiency and safety.
- Coordinate with the project and site management team to optimize plant output.
- Implement preventive and corrective maintenance strategies.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulatory compliance.
- Supervise and train plant staff on equipment handling and maintenance.
- Maintain accurate records of plant operations and maintenance activities.
- B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in plant operations, preferably in the construction or railway sector.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent knowledge of mechanical systems and plant machinery.
Pay: ₹25,950.25 - ₹28,968.52 per month
Experience:
- total work: 5 years (Preferred)
