This role is crucial in placing our high-quality trained students into reputable companies, enhancing our brand impact, and showcasing successful placements to attract new students. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and nurture strong relationships with a wide range of employers across various industries to secure placement opportunities for our graduates.
Highlight the versatility and competence of our accounting and finance professionals to potential employers.
Assist students with resume writing, interview preparation, and job search strategies to boost their employability across multiple sectors.
Collaborate with faculty and program coordinators to ensure our curriculum aligns with industry standards and requirements.
Organize career fairs, networking events, and employer presentations to connect students with industry professionals from diverse fields.
Track and report on placement metrics, including job placement rates, student satisfaction, and employer feedback.
Make cold calls to potential employers to establish new placement opportunities and maintain ongoing communication.
Stay updated on industry trends, job market dynamics, and changes in accounting and taxation regulations to provide accurate career guidance to students.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. A background in accounting or finance is highly desirable.
Proven experience in career counseling, talent acquisition, or a similar role, preferably within the accounting and taxation industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders.
Strong networking abilities and the capacity to build and maintain relationships with employers and industry professionals.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
Skilled in business email writing and professional communication.
Familiarity with resume writing, interview techniques, and job search strategies.
Proficiency in working with CRM software or applicant tracking systems.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits:
