Position: Personal Assistant Location: Ahmadabad Salary : Upto 6 LPA. Experience : 2 to 4 years Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls
Organize and maintain files, documents, and records
Assist with personal errands and household management
Coordinate events and meetings, including logistics and catering
Conduct research and prepare reports as needed
Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all matters
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
