Package Dispatch Supervisor
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Manage daily dispatch activities for paper products (reels, sheets, etc.).
- Coordinate with production and warehouse teams for order fulfillment.
- Supervise loading, ensuring product safety and compliance with handling standards.
- Schedule deliveries and optimize vehicle routes.
- Maintain documentation (invoices, packing lists) and inventory records.
- Ensure fleet maintenance and compliance with safety regulations.
- Resolve dispatch issues and customer delivery concerns.
- Track dispatch KPIs and prepare performance reports.
- 3-5 years of experience in dispatch/logistics, preferably in the paper or manufacturing industry.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with dispatch software and logistics systems.
- High school diploma; logistics/supply chain certification preferred.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
