Dispatch and Delivery Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month

Key Responsibilities:
- Efficient Material Dispatch: Manage the timely dispatch of materials to customers based on sales orders, ensuring accuracy and adherence to delivery schedules.
- Organized Delivery Coordination: Arrange for the delivery of materials to customer locations as per sales department instructions, coordinating with logistics providers or delivery personnel.
- Customer-Centric Delivery: Personally oversee product delivery to customer sites, ensuring clear communication and facilitating smooth payment processes.
- Vehicle Management: Ensure the availability of appropriate four-wheeled vehicles with valid licenses to guarantee on-time product delivery.
- Accurate Data Entry: Maintain meticulous records of material inward and outward movements using the company's software system.
- Thorough Material Preparation: Prepare materials for delivery, including packaging, labeling, and quality checks, to ensure accurate and efficient fulfillment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in using logistics software and GPS systems
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Ability to lift and carry heavy packages
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Experience in dispatch or logistics roles is preferred.
- A familiarity with the local area and traffic patterns is advantageous.
Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
Schedule:
