Dispatch Executive
- Dispatch Executive Job Description:- Coordinating Shipments: Schedule and manage the dispatch of products to ensure timely delivery.
- Tracking Deliveries: Monitor the status of shipments and address any delays or issues.
- Communication: Liaise with drivers, logistics teams, and customers to provide updates and resolve concerns.
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain shipping documents, including invoices and delivery receipts.
- Invoice Generation: Create and send accurate invoices to clients based on services rendered or goods delivered.
- Payment Processing: Track payments and follow up on outstanding invoices.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate billing records and files for auditing purposes.
- Customer Support: Address billing inquiries and resolve discrepancies with customers.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Schedule:

- Performance bonus
