Job Description: We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in making outbound sales calls to international clients, particularly in the US market, with a strong US accent. You will be responsible for generating leads, pitching our services, and closing deals in a night shift environment. Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Outbound Sales Calls:
Make outbound sales calls to international clients (US-focused) to offer our SEO services.
Effectively communicate in a neutral to US accent to build rapport with potential clients.
Lead Generation and Follow-ups:
Research and identify potential leads in the international market, particularly from the US.
Maintain follow-ups and nurture client relationships to convert leads into sales.
Sales Pitching:
Present the company's services (SEO, digital marketing) to clients over the phone.
Tailor the sales pitch according to the client’s business needs.
Client Communication and Negotiation:
Handle client objections and queries, providing appropriate solutions and closing deals.
Negotiate project scopes, budgets, and timelines to meet client expectations.
Target Achievement:
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs related to international sales.
CRM Management:
Keep detailed records of all client interactions and sales in the CRM system.
Maintain accurate reports of leads, deals closed, and follow-ups.
Skills and Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in making sales calls to international clients (preferably US clients).
Proficient in US Accent and excellent verbal communication skills.
Prior experience in the night shift sales process.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Ability to understand client requirements and align our services to their needs.
