We are looking for a detail-oriented Order Processing Executive with comprehensive knowledge of online marketplaces. The candidate must be skilled in managing inventory and listings across various marketplace portals and be well-versed in Easycom.

We are looking for a detail-oriented Order Processing Executive with comprehensive knowledge of online marketplaces. The candidate must be skilled in managing inventory and listings across various marketplace portals and be well-versed in Easycom.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketplace Management: Handle operations across multiple marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, and others. Ensure smooth processing of orders from order placement to dispatch.
- Inventory Management: Maintain real-time inventory across all portals. Regularly update stock levels, manage returns, and ensure proper syncing with the warehouse.
- Product Listing: Create and update product listings on different portals, ensuring accuracy in product details, images, pricing, and variations.
- Easycom Knowledge: Efficiently manage the Easycom system for order processing, ensuring seamless communication between platforms.
- Coordination: Collaborate with the warehouse, customer service, and sales teams to resolve any order-related issues and ensure timely delivery.
- Reporting: Generate and analyze reports for inventory levels, order statuses, and sales performance.
- Returns Management: Monitor and handle product returns, replacements, and refunds on all marketplaces.
- 1+ years of experience in order processing or a similar role
- Proficiency in managing marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.
- Strong knowledge of Easycom and other order management tools
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
