Logistics Executive

Profile: Logistics Executive
Qualification: Any Graduate
Experience: min 1year
Salary: up to 25k +-
Location: Mohali, Punjab
Job Responsibilities:
-Coordinate order processing, delivery, and returns of customer orders
-Applying platform updates that attract and keep new customers
-Reviewing stock levels and sales data to maintain a stable supply and demand status
-Please Order checking - Amazon, Flipkart, Snapdeal, Shop clues, etc.
-Courier Pick Up – Follow up with the courier to pick up related queries and check their bill price regularly as per their agreement
-Give monthly Commission Invoice of Flipkart, snap deal, shop clues to accounts Department
-Initiate the Courier Return if pickup is to be arranged and mark the return in the Ecommerce portal once return received
-Maintain the inventory and process the orders and get support help if any issue comes
-Verify the reviews and match the reviews with sheet and online Marketplace
-Maintain the inventory shrink rate ( breakages, spillages, misplacements, perished goods )
