Eon Infotech Ltd. is seeking a motivated Operations Support Executive with strong operational and managerial skills. The ideal candidate will efficiently manage customer interactions, field staff, and technical support operations while ensuring timely issue resolution. Essential Skills:

Experience with client calls & complaint handling
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the Customer Service Field Team and Support Technicians
Professionally handle customer calls and resolve complaints
Coordinate with clients, the production team, and management
Monitor Vehicle Tracking System (VTS) devices through dashboards, MIS, and web apps
Plan replacements and maintenance for faulty devices
Conduct customer training sessions on VTS operations and report generation
Perform GPS data analysis
Update information systems and maintain accurate records
Report progress and status updates to both customers and internal teams
Assist with other VTS-related activities as required by the client
Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline with a one-year computer diploma, or a Degree in Electronics & Communication, Mechanical, or equivalent.
Experience:
0 to 2 years of experience as an Operations Support Executive (Freshers are welcome to apply)
