Key Responsibilities:
- Operations Support: Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency across production, supply chain, and logistics.
- Supply Chain Management: Assist in managing inventory, coordinating with suppliers, and overseeing the procurement of raw materials and packaging supplies.
- Purchasing & Vendor Management: Handle purchase orders, negotiate terms with suppliers, and ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials.
- HR Functions: Support HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and payroll assistance.
- Team Coordination: Assist in organizing team schedules, managing communication among departments, and coordinating team activities and meetings.
- Inventory & Logistics Control: Monitor inventory levels, maintain accurate records, and work closely with logistics partners to manage product distribution.
- Quality Assurance: Perform regular quality checks on products and packaging to ensure they meet company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate operational records, including production, HR, procurement, and logistics documentation, to support data-driven decision-making.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and propose opportunities to streamline processes in operations, HR, and purchasing functions to enhance overall efficiency.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
