Job Summary: As an Office cum accounts assistant , you will be a key player in our organization, reporting directly to the Managing Director or equivalent. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around efficient communication with suppliers/vendors, tracking quotes, managing orders, and ensuring seamless execution of deals. In addition, you will be responsible for bookkeeping, general office assistance, and management tasks. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supplier/Vendor Communication: Engage with suppliers/vendors to obtain quotes and negotiate terms. 2. Comparative Statement Preparation: Create comparative statements using Excel to evaluate supplier/vendor quotes. 3. Order Placement: Place orders with selected suppliers/vendors based on approved quotes. 4. Order Follow-Up: Continuously follow up with suppliers/vendors to ensure the timely implementation of orders. 5. Client Quote Approval: Obtain approval for quotes from clients. 6. Deal Execution: Oversee the execution of deals from initiation to final delivery. 7. Bookkeeping (Accounting): Maintain accurate financial records and assist with basic accounting tasks. 8.
