- Assistance: Providing assistance to team members and colleagues in performing their duties and tasks as required.
- Material Handling: Assisting in the handling, movement, and transportation of materials, equipment, and supplies within the workplace.
- Cleaning and Maintenance: Performing cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and safety within the workspace.
- Setup and Preparation: Assisting in the setup, arrangement, and preparation of equipment, tools, and materials for various activities, events, or projects.
- Inventory Management: Assisting in inventory management activities, including stocktaking, labeling, and organizing inventory items.
- Operational Support: Providing operational support by performing routine tasks such as photocopying, filing, data entry, and document handling.
- Safety Compliance: Following safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for oneself and others.
- Customer Service: Providing courteous and helpful assistance to customers, clients, or visitors as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a similar role preferred but not required.
- Physical stamina for lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks.
- Punctuality and reliability are essential.
