Job Summary: Kilowott is seeking a dedicated and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Porvorim. We are specifically looking for candidates from North Goa, preferably those who reside close to Panjim. The Office Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing administrative support, and assisting with various office tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties such as answering phones, managing correspondence, and maintaining files.
- Ensure the office environment is tidy, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
- Assist in managing internal and external communications, including email, phone calls, and in-person inquiries.
- Maintain and update office databases, records, and documents with accuracy and efficiency.
- Arrange and coordinate meetings, including booking meeting rooms.
- Provide administrative support to various departments and staff members as needed.
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees with professionalism and a friendly demeanor.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall function of the office.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Prior experience in an office environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
