Office Asistant
Hiyaras Elegancy is seeking a confident and dynamic female employee to join our team as a Livestream Host. You will primarily be responsible for going live on Facebook to demonstrate and showcase our beautiful collection of sarees, engaging with our online audience, and driving sales. Additionally, you will handle customer calls, manage sales data, and assist with customer inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
Location: On-site (Office/Studio)
Salary: Competitive, based on experience.
Working Hours: Weekly 4-5 days, 2-3 hours live sessions, additional time for data and call management.

Pay: ₹4,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month

Key Responsibilities:
- Host 4-5 Facebook Live sessions per week, each lasting 2-3 hours, demonstrating sarees and interacting with customers in real-time.
- Respond to customer queries during live sessions and encourage purchases.
- Manage customer calls and follow up on orders.
- Organize and maintain sales data and customer information.
- Assist with day-to-day operational tasks as needed.
- Confident and presentable with strong communication skills.
- Comfortable in front of the camera and able to engage with an online audience.
- Fluent in Bengali and Hindi (English is a plus).
- Ability to multitask and manage calls and data effectively.
- Basic computer skills for data management.
- Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
