Job Description
As an Office Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the efficiency and professionalism of our office environment. You will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations and fostering a conducive work environment for our team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Report to the office physically in case of a fire alarm or any other emergency situation, ensuring the safety of all employees.
  • Regularly review and maintain office cleanliness and hygiene standards to provide a pleasant and healthy work environment for all staff.
  • Managed security by following procedures monitoring logbooks and issuing visitor badges.
  • Liaise with government officials to renew trade licenses, professional tax (PT), Goods and Services Tax (GST), and other necessary permits.
  • Visit government offices as required and represent the company's interests professionally.
  • Act as a representative of Codelogicx during interactions with HIDCO officials, fostering positive relationships and advocating for the company's needs.
  • Represent the company CEO as needed in local government offices and meetings, demonstrating professionalism and articulating the company's positions effectively.
  • Maintain inventory of non-IT office supplies and ensure their availability.
  • Order supplies as needed, coordinating with vendors to ensure timely delivery.
  • Ensure that guests are greeted courteously and directed appropriately upon arrival.
  • Oversee the provision of refreshments and amenities to guests, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Make arrangements for office events and occasions, including meetings, seminars, and celebrations, ensuring smooth logistics and a memorable experience for attendees.
  • Coordinate with relevant service providers to ensure that office facilities, including fixtures and equipment, are properly maintained.
  • Arrange for repairs and fixes as needed, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Travel arrangement for the office staffs in terms of booking Hotel, Cab, Flight etc.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in office administration or related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and office management software.
  • Knowledge of government regulations and procedures related to trade licenses, tax, and permits preferred.
  • Ability to represent the company professionally in various settings.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
