We are seeking a talented Non-IT Recruiter to join our HR team and help us find the right talent to support our business objectives.
Job Summary:
As a Non-IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for various non-technical roles across the organization. Your primary focus will be on identifying top talent in areas such as [e.g., sales, marketing, operations, human resources, etc.], ensuring a strong cultural fit and alignment with our company values.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and job requirements.
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit.
Manage the candidate pipeline, providing timely updates and feedback to both candidates and hiring managers.
Coordinate and schedule interviews, including preparing interview materials and questions.
Conduct reference checks and background screenings as necessary.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in non-IT roles.
Strong understanding of various recruitment methods and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport and effectively engage with candidates and hiring managers.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
