As a Non-IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for various non-technical roles across the organization. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and job requirements.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit.
- Manage the candidate pipeline, providing timely updates and feedback to both candidates and hiring managers.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, including preparing interview materials and questions.
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings as necessary.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in non-IT roles.
- Strong understanding of various recruitment methods and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and effectively engage with candidates and hiring managers.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Pay: ₹10,808.80 - ₹30,552.67 per month
