Mechanical Maintenance Incharge
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mechanical Maintenance Incharge for our railway project site in Jaleswar, Baleswar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance, repair, and servicing of all mechanical equipment and machinery on-site. This includes ensuring that all equipment is in optimal working condition to support project timelines and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: ₹15,072.59 - ₹22,743.85 per month
Experience:
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the maintenance team, ensuring timely servicing and repairs of all machinery.
- Schedule preventive maintenance to avoid equipment downtime and ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Troubleshoot mechanical failures and implement solutions quickly.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, machinery health, and spare parts inventory.
- Collaborate with project managers and other departments to meet project goals.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and standards.
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical maintenance, preferably in a railway or construction project.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and equipment standards.
Pay: ₹15,072.59 - ₹22,743.85 per month
Experience:
