Marketing Trainee (Fresher)
Job Description:
As an Email Marketing Trainee, you will assist in the development and execution of email marketing campaigns to promote our products/services and engage with our audience effectively. You will work closely with the Email Marketing Manager and other team members to learn and grow your skills in email marketing strategies, campaign optimization, and audience segmentation.
Responsibilities:
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Schedule:
As an Email Marketing Trainee, you will assist in the development and execution of email marketing campaigns to promote our products/services and engage with our audience effectively. You will work closely with the Email Marketing Manager and other team members to learn and grow your skills in email marketing strategies, campaign optimization, and audience segmentation.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation and scheduling of email marketing campaigns using our email marketing platform (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact).
- Collaborate with the content team to develop compelling email content, including copywriting and creative assets.
- Conduct A/B testing on email campaigns to optimize performance and increase engagement metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
- Assist in the management of subscriber lists and segmentation to ensure targeted and personalized email communication.
- Monitor and analyze email campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in email marketing, sharing knowledge with the team.
- Support other marketing initiatives and projects as needed.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Performance bonus
- Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
