Job Description:
- The CRE is a single point of contact for customers from appointment of Architect to Agreement of professional services.
- The CRE will Interact with the customers via e-mails, phone calls. personal meetings at office. It is an office-based role however, CRE is expected to visit client office frequently for internal meetings / to meet customers.
- Clarifying all the queries raised by the customer with regard to the Architectural services, Architectural fees and legal matters.
- Interact with all internal departments for seeking clarification and status on the rules arid regulations pertaining to the query.
- Support the finance department in payment collections.
- Arranging site visits for customers.
- Implementation of the process laid down for dealing with customers, ensuring timely response to all their queries in a transparent manner.
