The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our mission of promoting organic farming, urban gardening, and nutrition education. The Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in enhancing brand awareness, driving sales, and expanding our reach in urban and semi-urban areas. Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement marketing strategies that support the company’s goals and objectives.
Brand Management: Maintain and enhance the SIM Organics brand across all platforms, ensuring consistency and alignment with our mission.
Content Creation: Oversee the creation of educational content related to organic farming, gardening, and nutrition for various marketing channels.
Campaign Execution: Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, email, and offline events.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Product Promotion: Promote the company’s organic inputs, microgreens products, and other offerings to target markets.
Partnership Development: Establish partnerships with schools, community groups, and other organizations to promote urban gardening and nutrition initiatives.
Budget Management: Prepare and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal use of resources.
Event Planning: Organize and participate in workshops, exhibitions, and events that align with the company’s mission.
Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and engagement.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
Sustainability Advocacy: Promote sustainability in all marketing activities, highlighting the environmental benefits of our products.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the agriculture, organic, or FMCG sectors.
Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation, and brand management.
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
Passion for sustainability, organic farming, and nutrition.
