The Machinery Monitoring Analyst, who can handle Machinery packages such as – Machinery health analysis which includes analysis of mechanical and performance parameters, generating performance analysis / machinery health reports and lead the technical resource in performing machinery health analysis of machineries (Centrifugal / Reciprocating compressors / Steam turbine / Gas turbine & Multistage Centrifugal Pumps).
Conduct gap assessment on surveillance critical devices and instruments per Recommended Practice
Develop consistent monitoring templates for reporting while tailoring approach to meet specific vulnerabilities as needed
Perform early detection of anomalies and diagnoses potential root causes; engagement with site to Machinery contact with notification of said anomalies
Perform detailed analysis on identified machinery anomalies and provide timely alerts with insightful recommendations building consensus with site team on actions.
Generate performance analysis and machinery health reports of machineries.
Provide meaningful support to site teams for ad-hoc troubleshooting needs; being readily accessible and flexible for break-in issues
Provide training to colleagues and site teams for enhancement of their technical skills.
Establish a healthy relationship with the Site team leads & Subject matter experts to facilitate seamless communication and collaboration.
Work Experience
Engineering degree (Mechanical) 1st or 2nd class Honours or a CGPA equivalent
Should have 2-8 years of experience in conducting surveillance and hands-on experience in Operation and Maintenance of Machineries.
Proven knowledge in troubleshooting techniques; this should include (but not limited to) Centrifugal and reciprocating compressors, multistage centrifugal pumps, steam turbine and gas turbines in Oil and Gas Refinery / Chemical Industries.
Fluent English written and oral communication skills.
Experience with P&IDs, equipment data sheets, interpreting vendor manuals, PFD’s, Cause & Effects diagrams & operation manuals.
Experience with Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point).
