Job Summary:
The Machine Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining Direct-to-Film (DTF) and Screen Printing machines to produce high-quality custom T-shirts. The ideal candidate will have experience in both printing methods, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure efficient production.
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Job Summary:
The Machine Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining Direct-to-Film (DTF) and Screen Printing machines to produce high-quality custom T-shirts. The ideal candidate will have experience in both printing methods, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure efficient production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operation of DTF & Screen Printing Machines:
- Set up, operate, and monitor DTF and Screen Printing machines to produce custom T-shirts according to customer specifications.
- Load designs and adjust settings to ensure accurate print quality.
- Perform test prints and make necessary adjustments to achieve the desired output.
- Quality Control:
- Inspect finished products for quality, including color accuracy, image placement, and print clarity.
- Ensure that all prints meet the company's high standards before packaging.
- Machine Maintenance:
- Conduct regular maintenance on DTF and Screen Printing machines, including cleaning, lubrication, and part replacement as needed.
- Troubleshoot and repair minor machine issues to minimize downtime.
- Inventory Management:
- Monitor and manage inventory levels of inks, films, screens, and other supplies.
- Coordinate with the supply chain team to reorder materials as needed.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the design and production teams to ensure seamless workflow and timely completion of orders.
- Provide input on improving production processes and techniques.
- Experience:
- Proven experience as a Machine Operator in a DTF or Screen Printing environment.
- Familiarity with the operation and maintenance of printing machines.
- Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards.
- Basic troubleshooting skills for mechanical and printing issues.
- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
- Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required. Technical training in printing or related fields is a plus.
- Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination.
