Field sales executive for security and AI powered surveillance
Responsibilities:
Field Operations: Execute tasks assigned by the management that require physical presence outside the office.
Customer Interaction: Interact with customers or clients directly, handling inquiries, issues, or delivering services.
Sales and Marketing: Promote products or services in the field, potentially generating leads or closing sales.
Data Collection: Gather data or feedback from the field, which could include market research or customer surveys.
Logistics: Coordinate logistics such as transportation, delivery schedules, or inventory management.
Technical Support: Provide technical assistance or troubleshooting on-site, if the role is tech-oriented.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while in the field.
Reporting: Submit regular reports on activities, sales, or any incidents encountered during fieldwork.
Qualifications:
Education: Typically requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Some positions may prefer a bachelor’s degree, especially in sales or business-related fields.
Experience: Relevant experience in sales, customer service, or field operations is often preferred.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with customers and reporting back to the office.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think on their feet and resolve issues independently while in the field.
Technical Skills: Depending on the industry, proficiency with relevant tools, equipment, or technology may be required.
Driving License: Often requires a valid driver's license, particularly if the job involves extensive travel.
