Luxury Car - Quality
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities (KRA):
1. Vehicle Inspection Quality Audits- Conduct detailed inspection quality audits per established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
2. Technical Expertise- Utilize extensive knowledge of vehicle body structures, engines, transmissions, electrical systems, and the latest vehicle technologies to perform and oversee inspection quality. - Decode and interpret OBD II codes to diagnose and help on-filed inspectors.
3. People Management: Provide guidance, support, and training to inspectors to ensure high-quality inspection standards.
4. Data Management- Maintain and update inspection records using Excel or Google Sheets.
Qualifications: -
-Extensive experience in multi-brand environments, particularly with luxury automotive brands (Audi, BMW, JLR, Mercedes, etc.), or significant luxury OEM expertise.
- Functional understanding of Excel or Google Sheets for data management and reporting. - In-depth technical knowledge and ability to understand and decode OBD II codes.
- Excellent understanding of vehicle body structure, engine, transmission, electrical systems, and the latest vehicle technologies.
- Willingness to travel within cities as needed for inspection quality improvement training sessions.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
