Female Customer Care Executive for Luxury Studio
Responsibilities:
Sales Management:
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract clients, increase bookings, and drive revenue growth.
* Prospect for potential clients, generate leads, and convert them into sales opportunities.
* Conduct sales consultations, showcasing the value and uniqueness of our photography services.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
* Negotiate pricing and contracts to secure new business while maximising profitability.
* Execute promotional campaigns to generate leads and boost brand awareness.
* Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
Customer Experience:
* Provide exceptional customer service throughout the client journey, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
* Understand client needs and preferences, tailoring services to meet their expectations.
* Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and manage customer feedback effectively.
Qualifications:
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in ENGLISH & Hindi both, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
* Proven experience in sales and operations management, preferably in the photography industry or related field..
* Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
* Proficiency in using relevant software and tools ; Mainly Microsoft Excel/Google sheets for operations and sales management..
* Capability to communicate with clients; generally Mothers of the children
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
