JOB DESCRIPTION- Quality Control Executive Location:Delhi
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
§ Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
§ Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards.
§ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish quality goals and objectives, and develop strategies to achieve them.
§ Monitor and analyze quality metrics and key performance indicators to identify trends and areas of concern.
§ Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues, and develop corrective and preventive actions to address them.
§ Train and educate employees on quality control processes and procedures, and promote a culture of quality throughout the organization.
§ Conduct supplier evaluations and audits to ensure the quality of incoming materials and components.
§ Participate in the development and implementation of new products and processes, ensuring quality considerations are incorporated from the beginning.
§ Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in quality management, and recommend improvements to existing processes and systems.
§ Prepare and present reports on quality performance to management, highlighting areas of success and opportunities for improvement.
QUALIFICATION:
· Minimum of 1+years of experience as a Quality Executive preferably in the similar role or industry.
· Bachelor’s degree in related field
COMPETENCIES & SKILL SETS:
· Conscientious and responsible
· A keen eye for detail and a result driven approach
· Good communication skills
· Proficient in MS Office
· Understanding of quality control procedures and relevant legal standards
· BSc/ BA in Business Administration or relevant field
