Job Summary: A Loan Agent on a target-sharing basis is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and recommending potential clients for personal, home, vehicle, or business loans. The agent works closely with borrowers and lenders to match clients with appropriate loan products. This role is commission-driven, with earnings based on loan disbursements achieved. Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition:
Source new loan clients through referrals, direct marketing, or networking.
Build and maintain a client portfolio to meet assigned loan targets.
Loan Application Process:
Conduct initial client consultations to understand loan requirements.
Assist clients in completing loan applications and gathering required documentation.
Submit complete and accurate loan applications to the lending institution for processing.
Loan Assessment:
Evaluate client’s financial standing and creditworthiness.
Provide clients with information regarding loan products, interest rates, terms, and repayment options.
Customer Relationship Management:
Follow up with clients during the loan approval process to ensure a smooth and timely closure.
Maintain ongoing relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
Target Achievement:
Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly loan disbursement targets.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve organizational goals.
Reporting:
Prepare regular reports on loan disbursement, client feedback, and market trends.
Provide timely updates to management on target achievements and challenges.
Skills & Qualifications:
Experience:
Prior experience in sales, financial services, or loan processing is preferred.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related fields (optional).
Skills:
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Good understanding of financial products, loan processes, and documentation requirements.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Compensation:
Target Sharing Basis: Loan agents will earn a percentage of the loan value upon successful disbursement. The percentage or commission rate may vary depending on the loan product or lender's policy.
