Position overview : We are seeking a proactive and organized Legal Clerk to join our legal team. Qualification: Graduate or 12th pass from a recognize board. Computer Skills: Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office and MS Word. Legal Clerk Responsibilities : Filing and Organizing : Manage case files, organize legal documents and ensure that all necessary paperwork is properly filed with courts or other legal bodies. Court Filing: Prepare and file legal documents with the court , ensuring compliance with court procedures and deadlines. Courtroom Assistance: Attend court proceedings to assist lawyers, manage exhibits and take notes during trials or hearings. E filing: District court, high court, NCDRC, DCDRC, and other courts, and also the knowledge of bookmarking and OCR.
Ensure compliance with all e-filing guidelines and deadlines.
Utilize bookmarking techniques to organize and manage electronic documents for easy access and retrieval.
Implement and manage OCR technologies to convert scanned documents into editable formats.
Maintain accurate records of filed documents and communications.
