Legal Liasoning Officer
Hiring a Legal Liasoning Officer for the Real Estate Firm
Male Candidates Only
Location: Panjim
Salary: Starting from 30k plus per month (based on experience and last pay)
Exp-Min 3 years relevant experience
Responsibilities:
-Serve as the primary point of contact for external legal advisors, regulatory agencies, and other relevant stakeholders.
-Monitor and report on compliance with local, state, and federal regulations affecting real estate development
-Executing of Agreements of Sale, Sale Deeds, etc at the Sub Registrar’s office
-Liaisoning for construction, land and related compliances
-Identify potential legal and regulatory risks associated with real estate projects and provide recommendations for mitigation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
