Job Summary:
The Legal Associate is responsible for all legal aspects of the business, including: contracts, intellectual property, employment and labor law, corporate law, and litigation. The Legal Associate will also assist with drafting legal documents, including contracts and other key agreements.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Responsibilities
- Draft key agreements for the company
- Assist with drafting corporate documents
- Assist with drafting employment agreements
- Assist in drafting non-competition and non-solicitation agreements
- Assist in drafting employment policies
- Assist in developing the company's internal policies on hiring and termination
- Assist in developing company policies on hours of work and overtime
- Assist in drafting corporate governance documents
- Draft legal documents to defend the company in litigation
- Draft legal documents to defend the company before regulators or other government entities
- Draft legal documents to defend the company before a court of law
