- Diagnose and repair a wide range of laptop issues, including hardware failures, software malfunctions, and connectivity problems.
- Perform card-level repairs, including soldering and replacing components on motherboards and other circuit boards.
- Test repaired laptops to guarantee functionality and reliability before returning them to customers.
- Maintain detailed records of repairs, parts used, and customer interactions.
- Provide excellent customer service by clearly communicating repair processes and expected timelines.
**Qualifications:**
- Minimum 2 years of experience in laptop repair, specifically in card-level and component-level repairs.
- Strong understanding of laptop architecture, common issues, and repair methodologies across various brands.
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools and repair equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Certification in computer repair or a related field is a plus.
- Experience with data recovery and software troubleshooting.
