- Developed content, training delivery schedules, and practical tracker for courses run at centers.
3. Ensure 80% attendance Ensure proper training documentation in centers as per training SDP.
4. Ensure proper internal and external assessment in all batches. Ensure placement of 100% of candidates by identifying local-level jobs.
5. Mobilization of candidates for training programs through various kinds of sales and marketing activities.
6. Action plan on reassessment. Ensure SOP compliance.
7.Assessing the group’s needs and customizing training materials accordingly.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Haridwar, Uttarakhand: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- total work: 5 years (Preferred)
