- Strong English communication skills
- Proficiency in Gujarati language
- Previous experience in training soft skills and employability skills
- Demonstrated ability to effectively deliver content and engage with audience
- Proficient in creating data presentations using Power Point, Excel, and Word documents
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Psychology, Communication, or related field
- Certification in soft skills training or instructional design is a plus
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in delivering soft skills training programs in educational institutions
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse groups of learners
- Proficiency in using technology and digital tools for training delivery and assessment
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
