Customer Requirement Analysis:
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Experience:
- Engage with potential customers to understand their needs, requirements.
- Conduct detailed analysis of customer requirements to tailor solutions effectively.
- Develop customized solutions based on client needs.
- Prepare detailed proposals, including technical specifications, pricing, and implementation plans.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor products.
- Provide insights to the sales team on market trends and potential opportunities.
- Assist in the preparation of bids and tenders, ensuring that the proposals meet customer requirements and deadlines.
- Write and edit proposals to present the company’s solutions effectively.
- Identify and qualify potential leads based on their alignment with the company’s products and services.
- Work with the sales team to prioritize leads and focus on high-potential opportunities.
- Continuously refine pre-sales strategies based on customer feedback and market changes.
- Maintain records of all pre-sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline.
- Provide regular reports to management on pre-sales activities and outcomes.
