Freelance Life / Health Insurance Advisor (IRDA Licensed / Aspiring)
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as freelance Life / Health insurance advisors. We welcome IRDA-licensed professionals and aspiring advisors willing to obtain their license. This opportunity offers the flexibility to work independently while leveraging our resources and support to grow your insurance business.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide expert insurance advice and recommendations to clients
- Analyze clients' insurance needs and develop customized coverage plans
- Explain policy features, benefits, and terms to prospects and clients
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, and lead generation
- Maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product offerings
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals
Qualifications:
- IRDA license (IC 38 certification) or willingness to obtain one within [specify timeframe]
- Minimum educational qualification: 12th pass for urban areas, 10th pass for rural areas
- Strong interest in insurance and financial services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Proficiency with digital tools and CRM software
