SUMMARY
We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting sales for our business, which spans memberships, certifications, consulting, and events by qualifying leads, setting appointments, and supporting the sales cycle. You will also be responsible for invoicing, collections, and supporting operational tasks to ensure smooth client onboarding and project execution.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Qualify leads through phone calls and email outreach, identifying potential clients through cold calling and existing accounts.
  • Conduct needs assessments to understand client challenges and how our services can address them.
  • Lead the B2C sale for memberships and certifications, growing into a B2B role of closing these mandates.
  • Provide support to the Regional Managers by handling operational details for activating memberships and certifications.
  • Generate and process invoices for clients as requested by the Regional Managers.
  • Manage client collections and ensure timely payments.
  • Assist with client onboarding and project management tasks.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions, including MIS and reconciliation with Finance and central teams.
  • Reach out to CXOs for events through cold calls and emails, leveraging existing relationships of the Regional Managers.
  • Collaborate and work closely with Regional Managers to execute and manage events for the region (conferences, registrations, roundtables).
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a B2B sales role (inside sales or account management preferred).
  • Strong understanding of the sales cycle and proven ability to work with senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients over the phone and email.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point).
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
