Position Overview: The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and managing existing accounts. This role involves engaging with prospective clients, understanding their needs, and effectively presenting our solutions to drive sales growth. Key Responsibilities:
Identify and prospect new business opportunities through various channels (calls, emails, social media).
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with marketing and other departments to support sales initiatives.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs.
Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
