He will be an integral part of growth strategy, providing focus to new & existing customer’ssales&support and solution toward the achievement of market presence and revenue targets.Through his ability &knowledge, he will define& design the business plan& execute it with explained and desired result to develop himself and achievement his & team target. He will maintain direct relation with key people & process and provide adequate suggestions &timely reporting. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Market knowledge
Build a good knowledge of the market environment in which the customer is operating and ensure timely reporting on market intelligence
Continuous learning on business domain in which SST is operating
Keep an open eye on the market to detect any threats from competitors
Generate sales opportunities by identifying appropriate business targets
Sales
Manage structured sales plan with clear KPIs and targets
Promote and sell products and services to meet their needs and to achieve the sales targets and revenue budgets
Ensure timely sales targets are achieved
Maintain a pro-active and creative approach to sales opportunities
Customer Relationship
Build trust, social activities & public relations with key account customers, work on solving their problems, and respond to their requests any time
Educate and create awareness to the customers about any new offers, bundles, promotion services offered by SST / dc10g and play the advisor / consultant role to increase customers’ loyalty
Send out client correspondence within 24 hours of the request for information as a tool for managing the sales efforts
Promote the company’s image through attitude, professionalism, knowledge, customer orientation and responsiveness to customer’s needs
Reporting
Focus on acquiring new customers & managing existing customers
Provide timely sales reporting and feedback to the manager
Ensure that the sales reports are correctly used, updated & submitted.
Gives feed-back on field expectations
JOB REQUIREMENTS Education:
Required Freshers
Bachelor degree must
MBA / PGDBM or equallent would be plus
Skills:
Skills in negotiations and closing business deals.
Good communication and presentation skills
Team player who is flexible and excels in an entrepreneurial environment
Ability to work under pressure
Dynamic, rigorous & self-directed personality
Exhibits self-confidence, energy and enthusiasm
Fluent in English.
Others:
Medically should be fit .
0-1 Year experience in IT industry
Hosting and cloud knowledge will be an added advantage.
