Inside Sales Executive
Job Description: 1. Engage with prospective customers through email and calls, focusing on Forex products. Customer details will be provided, and the candidate will be responsible for taking the conversation forward. 2. Understand customer requirements and act as a consultant, offering the best-recommended services and solutions. 3. Convert interested leads into sales by guiding customers through the buying process. 4. Assist customers in foreign exchange/remittances, coordinating with vendors, branches, or partnering banks to ensure smooth transactions. 5. Maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring their satisfaction and delight with the services provided by company.
Job Requirements: 1. A graduate, preferably with 0-5 years of experience. 2. Exceptional interpersonal and customer relationship-building skills. 3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 4. Intelligent, articulate, self-motivated, and high-energy. 5. Disciplined, enthusiastic, and with a keen focus on attention to detail. 6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced organization. 7. Must possess a sales-oriented mindset.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
