- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle objections and customer concerns professionally.
- Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in any discipline is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of insurance products and policies.
