This position involves assisting in sales processes, maintaining customer relationships, processing orders, and ensuring that all sales documentation is accurate and up-to-date. The Inside Sales Coordinator will also work closely with other departments, including marketing and logistics, to ensure that customer needs are met promptly and effectively. Key Responsibilities: Sales Process Coordination:
Support the inside sales team in processing quotes, proposals, and contracts.
Ensure accurate order entry and tracking, confirming that all sales documentation is completed and filed correctly.
Coordinate and manage sales leads, ensuring follow-up by the sales team and timely communication with customers.
Serve as a point of contact for customers, answering inquiries about product information, pricing, availability, and delivery times.
Maintain positive relationships with customers through regular follow-ups and communication.
Handle and resolve customer issues or complaints in a timely manner, escalating to the appropriate teams when necessary.
Prepare sales reports for management, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), such as sales targets and quotas.
Monitor sales performance and provide insights on trends and areas for improvement.
Assist in sales forecasting and planning efforts by analyzing past sales data.
Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns.
Coordinate with the logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely product deliveries and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with finance to ensure accurate invoicing and payment tracking
Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system, ensuring all interactions are logged accurately.
Assist the sales team in utilizing sales tools and software effectively.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in B.Sc (Any, except Maths & Computer science)
2 years of experience in a sales coordination or inside sales role.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving skills.
