Job Overview:
As an Influencer Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and managing influencer partnerships, driving brand awareness, and increasing engagement across social media platforms. You will play a key role in identifying influencers who align with our brand values, coordinating campaigns, and tracking performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies that align with Next Care and Perfume's branding and business goals.
Identify and establish partnerships with relevant beauty, lifestyle, and fragrance influencers across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and You Tube.
Manage influencer outreach, contract negotiations, and relationship management.
Collaborate with influencers to create engaging and on-brand content, including product reviews, tutorials, and sponsored posts.
Track and analyze campaign performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversion rates) and adjust strategies accordingly.
Work closely with the social media, content, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all channels.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in influencer marketing.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in influencer marketing, especially within the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle sectors.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and content creation.
Established network of influencers or ability to build relationships quickly.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
Proficient in using influencer marketing tools and analytics software (e.g., Traackr, Aspire IQ, or similar).
