Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Identify and cultivate relationships with influencers that align with our brand values, target audience, and campaign objectives.
Negotiate and manage partnerships with influencers, including contract negotiation, content brief creation, and performance tracking.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (such as marketing, content, and creative) to ensure seamless execution of influencer campaigns.Monitor industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activities to inform strategy and optimise campaign performance.
Analyse campaign results and provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Stay up-to-date on best practices, regulations, and emerging trends in influencer marketing.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
Proven track record of successfully developing and executing influencer marketing campaigns.
Extensive network of influencers across various social media platforms (Instagram, You Tube, etc.).
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritise, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
Familiarity with influencer marketing tools and platforms (e.g., influencer discovery tools, influencer marketing platforms, analytics tools).
