Key Responsibilities:
Influencer Identification & Outreach:
Identify relevant influencers based on target demographics, engagement, and brand fit.
Conduct outreach to potential influencers to build relationships and negotiate collaborations.
Manage influencer contracts, budgets, and deliverables.
Campaign Strategy & Execution:
Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and campaigns.
Collaborate with influencers to create authentic content (e.g., blog posts, social media posts, videos) that promotes the brand.
Ensure that influencer content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing goals.
Organize events, product launches, or collaborations with influencers to generate buzz.
Relationship Management:
Build long-term partnerships with key influencers and brand ambassadors.
Maintain open communication with influencers to foster ongoing relationships and manage expectations.
Provide influencers with the necessary resources, assets, and information to execute campaigns.
Monitoring & Reporting:

Experience:
2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social media management, or a related role.
Proven track record of managing influencer campaigns and partnerships.
Skills:

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
