- Develop and execute design concepts for various projects, including digital marketing materials, print collateral, branding, and social media content.
- Lead and mentor junior designers, providing guidance and feedback to enhance their skills and creative output.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all platforms.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to bring fresh ideas and innovative solutions to the team.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designs.
- Maintain brand consistency across all design elements and materials.
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in an agency or corporate setting.
- Proficiency in design software Corel Draw and Blender
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly to non-designers.
