As we expand our operations, we are seeking a motivated GEM Portal / Sales Executive to join our dynamic team will manage our GEM portal's operations, ensuring a seamless user experience and supporting our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day management of the GEM portal.
Ensure all content is current and relevant.
Provide user support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
Collaborate with marketing to create engaging content.
Analyze portal performance and generate usage reports.
Coordinate with sales teams to promote portal features
Develop and pursue new sales opportunities through networking and referrals.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
Provide exceptional post-sale support to clients.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field,any Bachelor's degree.
Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting targets.
Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Good communication skills Hindi ,English.
Good knowledge of excel, Ms word, email.
