As a key member of the Digital Learning Approach project team, you will take ownership of BKI's Student Portal, ensuring it delivers essential information, tools, and connectivity for our students. Your expertise will drive the analysis of user needs, collaboration with content owners, and the development of a strategic roadmap for ongoing improvements and future innovations. About The Role:

- Stakeholder Collaboration: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure awareness and co-design for the portal's future.
- Portal Uplift: Improve the portal's layout, functionality, and accuracy to better serve our students.

User Analysis & Roadmapping: Analyse user needs and stakeholder insights to create a prioritized plan and roadmap for the Student Portal.

- Proven track record working in UX Design / human-centred design / Learner Experience Design.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Strong knowledge of modern UX and human-centred design approaches. Experience in feature and content roadmapping.
