Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Gem Portal Operator to join our team in Raipur. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience and a strong understanding of end-to-end tendering processes, compliance requirements, supply chain management, product cataloging, and project management within the gem industry.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end tendering processes on Gem Portal.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Oversee supply chain operations, including vendor management and procurement.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Maintain accurate product cataloging and database management on the portal.
- Monitor and evaluate project progress, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven experience (minimum 3 years) as a Gem Portal Operator or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of tendering procedures, compliance standards, and supply chain logistics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in using Gem Portal platforms and related software.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
